We’re tired of walking the beaten path. Those paths may be safe, but they lead to a familiar destination. RUSCONA and GLAMORA are not blind and deaf to their surroundings but have a massive appetite for pushing things and changing things. For the better. Our expansion into other countries looks thus a bit different than you know from other brands.
The old approach is to succeed directly in the home country and then open up one country after another through distributors. Since we have chosen direct contact with our customers (D2C model), we always enter new countries on our own with great respect for what the land folks have created and achieved.
RUSCONA prides itself on humility and trying to understand local customs and values as much as possible. We are not looking for new distributors. However, you can still participate in the growth of our brands. For this purpose, we have created the position of Brand Partner. Brand Partner helps us to implement local customs into sales, marketing, and product strategy in a given country.
